An Ab
Lounger Lets You Enjoy A More Relaxed Ab Workout
No pain no gain!
Work it! Come on; just a few more! Don't give up just yet! You
can do it! Ahh yes, we've all heard this routine before. Whether
it's from our parents, personal trainer or spouse, it's always
annoying. None of us truly want to work hard to stay fit! It's
just not in the daily plan. What we would prefer is to come home
from work and lounge about until bed time. Yeah, now we're
talking. That's my kind of lifestyle. It would be ideal if the
human body would just stay in perfect shape on its own. Besides,
who says I have time for 6 minute abs or 100 crunches each
night? There has to be a way around all the agony. Well, maybe
there just is. Ever heard of the ab lounger? It could be your
ticket to a tight tummy.
I can't count the number of different abdominal exercises I've
done throughout the years. It all began with basic sit-ups. We
learn these in P.E. class during grade school. They are rather
effective, but experts still argue that they're bad for your
back. Later I switched to leg raises. This ab workout seemed to
cause the most burning. I could really feel it working my lower
abdominal muscles. Unfortunately I read an article on how it
causes damage to your lower back. This deterred me. Next I
tested the crunch routine. This ab exercise apparently has no
drawbacks. You can lie on the floor, prop your feet on a chair,
and crunch those abs until you feel the excruciating burn. It
works wonders for the midsection. A final ab exercise I do on
occasion is the bicycle. This is that one where you lie on your
back and bring your elbows to your knees, as if riding a
bicycle. I highly recommend it for those who crave tight abs.
Now, I do realize that not everyone wants a hard workout. This
is where the ab lounger comes in. If you haven't seen this
product, it looks like a chair. But, don't let that fool you. It
doesn't mean it won't work your tummy hard. With the ab lounger, you just take a more relaxing posture while getting your ab-work
in. Call it a modern workout.
Looking to try out the ab lounger in person? Sounds like a
plan to me, and a darn good one. Just because you hate sit-ups
and dread crunches, doesn't mean you can't have tight abs. Order
an ab lounger today. If for some reason you're unsatisfied,
send it back for a refund and try something else. There are
plenty of solutions to soft abs.
