Have Fun While You Exercise With An Exercise
Hula Hoop
Exercise trends
come and go. From exercise ball exercises, to recumbent
bicycling, to power walking, to cross country ski simulators,
our society has had a rich variety of useful and not so useful
exercises. One of the most underrated, yet useful exercise
trends, however, is the exercise hula hoop. Exercise hula hoops
are great for weight loss, fitness, building mobility and
flexibility, and a wide variety of other skills. They even help
you to build coordination. Best of all, hula hoop exercises can
be done anywhere. A hula hoop exercise requires very little
space. You do not even need to be able to move around. You can
simply stand in place, wiggle your hips, and there you go. You
are hula hooping.
The exercise hula hoop has all the benefits of the more
mainstream exercise routines. It is great for exercise weight
loss, being the perfect fat burning exercise. Best of all, it is
so much fun that it is easier to motivate yourself to do than
most exercises. Jogging can be a drag, and bike riding can be
dangerous, but the exercise hula hoop is always fun. After all,
it is just like dancing, and everyone loves dancing. When you
get very good at it, you can even build up to advanced skills.
You can move to a bigger exercise hula hoop, learn to do two at
once, or work with a heavier one. It really doesn't matter. The
sky is the limit, if you ask me.
Of course, there was a time when the exercise hula hoop was
king. If you watch old videos from the 60s, it appears that
everyone was using exercise hula hoops. You could see them at
dance clubs, expositions, gyms, and even in the home. I don't
see very many exercise hula hoops nowadays, but I remember
seeing them in elementary school gym as well. I think that the
exercise hula hoop was one of my favorite toys when I was a
little kid in physical education classes, but since then I lost
interest in them. When I rediscovered the exercise hula hoop, it
was like a revelation. All of the sudden, I had found the
perfect exercise tool. It was easy to use, fun, and a great way
to work up a sweat. It has even made me a better dancer! I
really can not say enough good things about it, in point of
fact.
