vacation. There are a number of spas that you can go to. Some
spas are geared for specific treatments that last a few hours
and others have programming where you can stay and take part in
for weeks or months at a time, depending upon your needs and the
size of your pocket book. There are also gyms and fitness
centers that offer a variety of activities. Joining may keep you
motivated, especially if you join with a friend or spouse.
Physical fitness will insure that you have more energy to do the
things you enjoy doing. It also is a way of meeting new people,
or keeping in contact with neighbors. Taking a walk with a
neighbor is a great way to have physical exercise and to catch
