Stomach Exercises Are A Must
For A Strong Toned Tummy
We all search for it! It's the
one aspect of our daily exercise regimens that seems the most
crucial. It's all about working that core. Whether it's a flat
tummy, six-pack abs, or a completely ripped midsection, we need
the absolute best stomach exercises on our side. But what are
these, and do they work the same wonders for every individual?
Hmm, this is an excellent question indeed. One of the best ways
to find out would be to make a list of all ab exercises you
know, and then proceed in testing each one out for a few weeks.
What do you think of that? Ah ha, I knew it! You hate that idea.
Well, it's only natural. After all, most of us want to get right
to the point. This means pinpointing the best ab routine in town
and tearing it up, or so to speak. And this my friends is why
the pros have provided the top stomach workouts just for you. Do
you think you can handle the burn?
So there I was, surfing the net once again. This is how I tend
to gain new knowledge and professional input. It's all about
knowing which websites to trust. This time I was searching high
and low for the toughest, and most beneficial stomach exercises.
Here's a quick list of some to get you on the right track;
sit-ups, crunches, leg raises, bicycle routine, knee-ups, and
the new-age exercise ball. Okay, so now we have a brief list of
common stomach exercises. BUT, which ones work the best? Well, I
certainly have my opinion on the matter, which is based on trial
and error. I have tried every single one of these stomach
exercises for months at a time, and some for years. You can have
traditional sit-ups. I never cared for these, nor do I think
they work as well as crunches. They typically leave me with a
sore lower-back. Then there's leg raises. You can do a variation
of these lying on the floor, or you can use the equipment at the
gym to get the full burning effect. They work well and develop
your entire ab area. Then there's that popular bicycle routine
you do while lying on you back. With your knees up, you act like
you're riding a bicycle, bringing your elbows to the opposing
knees. This is an awesome ab workout and produces great results.
Finally there's that nifty exercise ball everyone is raving
about. This sucker is ideal for crunches. It provides a very
strenuous stomach exercise that gets the job done right.
Definitely my favorite of the bunch!
We all require regular stomach exercises. At least if we want a
toned tummy and strong midsection. Give one of these ab routines
a shot and see what you think. I believe there is a stomach
exercise for everyone.
